Known For: Pick a "Game of Thrones" heartthrob, any "Game of Thrones" heartthrob.
In Their Favor: One is the King in the North and the other is a noble Watcher of the Wall. Both make the ladies swoon and both have showed that, when they material is right, they have acting chops as well. They're both well enough known in a certain world to make genre fans happy, but neither is so well known that they'd come with a big asking price. And both would be practically unrecognizable once they shaved and cleaned up, so they wouldn't be hampered by Robb/Jon Snow preconceptions.
Against Them: While you never know whose lifespan might get abruptly cut short on "Game of Thrones," both Harington and Madden are tied to one of TV's most time-consuming productions. Both actors will probably fall below the bar if Disney wants a bigger name.
