However, she is largely seen as a singles artist...so much so that even when her third studio album, “Good Girl Gone Bad” landed a staggering nine Grammy nominations, album of the year wasn’t among them. In fact, “Loud” marks the first time she’s had a contender in the elite final five. In the slightest of snubs, she receives only one nomination for singles from “Loud”: for best rap/sung collaboration for “What’s My Name” with Drake. -MN
