From 'The Avengers' to 'E.T.' - 20 Reasons to own a Blu-ray player in Fall 2012
For a format that's supposedly on the way out, Blu-ray's looking pretty good
"Indiana Jones: The Complete Adventures"
Right now, the only Indiana Jones movie available on Blu-ray is the worst Indiana Jones movie, but this nearly-criminal situation is finally being resolved with this fall's release of what sound to have painstakingly restored prints of all of the films in the series that represents Steven Spielberg and George Lucas at their most playful. Both Spielberg and Ben Burtt have been involved in cleaning up the films, and I'm dying to hear the new sound mix that Burtt's done, which refer back to a version that hasn't been used since 1981. This should be remarkable, even with "Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull" in the box.
