This looks like arts and crafts at David's Bridal. The hair is fine, the make-up is fine... but then there's the dress. The weird, stringy beige detail around the neckline (and hitting the one shoulder trend when this monstrosity is already so busy? Baaaad). Then there's the ugly fabric, and the bits of dandelion fluff at the bottom, and then the white loincloth underneath the ugly fabric... there also appears to be an itsy-bitsy train, although that could just be something she stepped in in the parking lot. Epic fail.
