I understand that it's summer. However, that does not mean one goes to a red carpet premiere (And by the way, this is BBC America, not Skinemax!)dressed like one is trying to shimmy under a velvet rope at a Las Vegas night club. The skirt's fine, but the gap of skin at the waistline suggests either the top is too small or the designer is too trashy. Neither one is a good thing.
