Andre Braugher of 'Men of a Certain Age'

Nomination Status: Only a fool predicts against Andre Braugher in an Emmy race. Based on his position in this slide show, I'm exactly that fool.
In His Favor: Andre Braugher has two Emmy winners and seven overall nominations, including two nods in his only years of eligibility for "Men of a Certain Age." Plain and simple, Emmy voters love Andre Braugher in general and they love him in this character. Oh and they're right. He's the man, Andre Braugher is.
Working Against Him: I was surprised "Men of a Certain Age" was eligible for Emmy consideration this year and you were too. It's unusual to see an actor get three Emmy shots for a show that aired only two seasons and 22 episodes. But, indeed, the last six episodes of the show's run aired between June 1 and July 6 of last year. That's a lot of out-of-sight-out-of-mind to overcome.
