Lowdown: You knew this one was in trouble after its untimely original title "Neighborhood Watch" forced 20th Century Fox to re-title the R-rated comedy 'The Watch."  Unfortunately, the combined talents of Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn (close to box office poison these days) and Jonah Hill couldn't turn Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg's script into a coherent and funny flick. And thanks to its under publicized Sci-Fi storyline it had a budget that only a blockbuster could help recoup.
