Most Influential Music Artists of the Decade: Radiohead, Britney Spears, Nickelback
Which other pop stars, rappers and rock 'n' rollers made the list?
Lil Wayne
Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. Lil Wayne. Weezy. Tha Carter. This NOLA-native has been known by a lot of names, but his skittering, gravel-mouthed raps are unmistakable. He's ubiquitous as a collaborator and guest vocalist on the charts, is practically synonymous with "mixtape" and "Cash Money" and his albums are some of the most commercially successful. With these, plus the legal troubles, admitted drug abuse and "a milli" tattoos, Lil Wayne is the 21st century rock star.
