Best and Worst of the 2013 MTV Movie Awards
What would the first post-'Twilight' MMA bring?
Worst: Language fellas, language
MTV knew what it was getting into when it decided to debut a WTF Award this year, but it probably thought the stars it picked to present the honor and the eventual winner wouldn't overly indulge in reminding everyone what the "F" stands for in "WTF." Presenters Chris Rock and Adam Sandler went through a whole bit that was intended to feature lines that needed to be bleeped out. Of course, Rock and Sandler went above and beyond what the show thought they would do (although they loved it). It didn't help that the winner was Samuel L. Jackson who never met a mother[expletive] he didn't love. Yeah, it's supposed to be fun and to be honest, we wish people could just say what they wanted on cable, er, MTV. Unfortunately, the shocked reaction of the audience only made the whole segment more awkward than anyone expected.
