Worst: Chris Brown's sour attitude

On a night featuring so many strong performances and a genuine sense of goodwill among the assembled performers, Brown counted as the biggest party pooper of the night, with a consistently sulky demeanor that made him come off like an ungrateful teenager. For all the second chances he's been given in the industry since his 2009 beating of Rihanna and assorted other public outbursts, Brown would do well to at least fake some enthusiasm for being there. It comes as some sort of poetic justice that the R&B singer was beaten out for Best Urban Contemporary Album by Frank Ocean, who was allegedly jumped by Brown and his posse in a parking lot outside a West Hollywood recording studio last week. Unsurprisingly, Brown remained seated as Ocean took the stage to a standing ovation.
