Best: Palin meets Palin in Tina Fey win
Julianne Moore, who earlier won best actress in a TV movie or mini-Series for "Game Change" playing Sarah Palin, announced Tina Fey as the best actress in a comedy series with a telling "You Betcha." Fey, of course, is a cultural touchstone for her appearances as Palin on "SNL" during the 2008 campaign. And yes, SAG brought them together on the same stage! Fey also gave a great acceptance speech noting "30 Rock's" final episode this Thursday and begging people to just "tape 'The Big Bang Theory' for once for cryin' out loud."
