Both Rihanna’s “We Found Love” and Maroon 5’s “Payphone” tried to create stories in their videos, even if Rihanna’s consisted of her primarily making out with a Chris Brown look-a-like. “We Found Love” has the most striking imagery, but that won’t really come into play here. How “Call Me Maybe” was left out of this category is the big mystery, but since it’s not here, the bigger question is whose fans will vote the most? One Direction’s or Justin Bieber’s.
