Most observers had correctly assumed that the Unsinkable Ms. White -- 18 career nominations and 5 wins, although bumped this year for "Hot In Cleveland" -- would pick up a nod in the hosting category for "Off Their Rockers," but absolutely NOBODY would have predicted that the person squeezed out to make room would be the previously unstoppable "Survivor" host. This was possibly the biggest stunner of Emmy nomination morning. No. Really.
