There's no pleasure in calling one of TV's best comedies a "loser." On one hand, Amy Poehler deserves to be the Lead Actress favorite and "Parks and Recreation" also pulled out two well-earned writing nominations. That's the good side. On the other hand, "Parks and Recreation" fell from the Outstanding Comedy Series ranks, saw Nick Offerman snubbed once again and couldn't even pick up a seemingly inevitable guest acting nod for Paul Rudd.
