Why: This is a season filled with cute, wise children (Bebe Wood on "The New Normal" gets first crack at establishing the archetype on Monday night), and Jones is easily the best of them: relaxed and natural and incredibly charming. Johnson and Nat Faxon are the leads, and Lucy Punch gets the best jokes in the pilot, but Jones easily generated the most affection by the end of the half-hour.
