Billy Burke, 'Revolution'

Billy Burke, 'Revolution'

Where You've Seen Him Before: As Bella's father in the "Twilight" movies.

Breakout Role: Ex-soldier Miles Matheson, uncle to the two young heroes of "Revolution."

Why: The pilot's first mention of Miles is his niece explaining that all she knows of him is that he's "good at killing." By the end of the pilot, we get to see him prove that in a long, swashbuckling sword fight where Burke (and, at times, his stunt double) acquits himself quite well. Burke's playing the cynical, world-weary Han Solo part in this sci-fi story, and does a good job of it. If "Revolution" is a hit, Burke and Giancarlo Esposito will be playing the two most popular characters, and Esposito already had his breakout on a little show on AMC about crystal meth and fried chicken.
