Can the CW bring DC back to the small screen? The network - in its earlier the WB incarnation - kept the Man of Steel alive for a decade with "Smallville," but stumbled during that time period with the Gotham City-themed "Birds of Prey."  With "Arrow," Warner Bros. and the CW are hoping to turn millionaire turned vigilante Oliver Quinn (Stephen Amell) into TV's newest hero. It's a no-brainer that the network will bring "Arrow" to Comic-Con, but we're much more curious about the pilot itself and the reaction to it from the crowd.  Green Arrow isn't one of DC's more popular characters and after Hawkeye's run in the blockbuster "Avengers" is there enough interest in another bow and arrow wielding marksman?  Something tells us, "Arrow" is really going to have to impress if it's gonna last.
