The holiday shopping season is never shy on new releases, but there's some particularly delicious options for vinyl buyers in 2012. Three years after the ground-shifting reissues of all the Beatles albums for CD and (for the first time) digital retailers, the stereo remasters of the band's 13 studio albums and two "Past Masters" sets are headed back onto their original format, for release on Nov. 13. The Who's 11 albums are getting an impressive packaging in a box set, pressed on heavyweight vinyl and remastered, and Fleetwood Mac's impressive "Tusk" is getting it's double-LP reissue. And that's just some of the old stuff: pop artists today like Alicia Keys, Wiz Khalifa and Green Day are all making sure to press their new efforts on this resurging medium.
