For the third movie in a row, Tony Stark is undergoing a major medical procedure.  In "Iron Man 2" he fought off toxic radiation from the energy in his heart power source. Is his health in danger again this time around or is he following the comic book storyline where his armor is actually stored within his own body? We're betting on the later.
