'The L.A. Complex' is officially done
Having two producing networks in two different countries gives a show double the hope of renewal -- see Cinemax's decision to keep "Hunted" going after it was cancelled in the UK -- but it also gives a show double the chance of heartbreak.
Last month, Canada's MuchMusic decided not to order a third season of the well-regarded Hollywood soap "The L.A. Complex."
But hope still sprung somewhat eternal, since "The L.A. Complex" was a co-production with The CW in its second season.
This week, The Hollywood Reporter revealed that The CW will not be ordering a third season either, which isn't rally a surprise given the strikingly anemic ratings for the soap.
