FOX holds 'Touch' back for midseason
Forget about that October 26 premiere for FOX's "Touch." Last season's big midseason FOX drama (in expectations if not ratings) is being held back again.
According to media reports, the second season of "Touch" is being pushed to January in a yet-to-be-determined time slot. That could mean that FOX is hoping to give "Touch" a better slot than its Friday 8 p.m. dump slot... Or not.
In the place of the Kiefer Sutherland drama, which was already being retooled for its new run, FOX will air new episodes of "Kitchen Nightmares," which was previously bumped for "X Factor" repeats.
FOX is already facing the early demise of the low-rated "The Mob Doctor," plus the expected series end to "Fringe."
At midseason, though, FOX only has "The Following" on the drama side.
Stay tuned for more information.
