Railroad Revival Tour with Willie Nelson, Band of Horses canceled
Put the brakes on the train. The second Railroad Revival Tour has been canceled before it even began. The stint was to feature Jamey Johnson, Band of Horses, Willie Nelson and John Reilly & Friends (yes, that John Reilly), but organizers said that fans wouldn't get the show they deserved.
"The decision to do so was a difficult one, but it was determined that certain complications would not permit us to host the shows in the manner intended, and that the bands and fans deserved," a post on the Railroad Revival website read.
Refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.
Band of Horses have scheduled a handful of replacement dates in several cities from October 21 - 18. The new dates can be seen here.
Last year's locomotion was attended by Mumford & Sons, Old Crow Medicine Show and Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros. It was chronicled in the concert/travel documentary "Big Easy Express."
