Peter Jackson would direct a 'Doctor Who' episode... for a Dalek
Peter Jackson continues to tell anybody listening that he'd be willing to direct a "Doctor Who" episode and now the super-fan has even named his price.
"They don’t even have to pay me," Jackson writes in EW. "But I have got my eye on one of those nice new gold-colored Daleks. They must have a spare one (hint, hint)."
If the director of "The Hobbit" and "Dead Alive" is willing to direct "Doctor Who" in exchange for a prop, why isn't this happening?
Well, according to "Doctor Who" showrunner Stephen Moffat, it's at least a semi-possibility.
"We’re theoretically on board for anything" Moffat tells EW. provided we’ve got a great story."
The next half-season of "Doctor Who" premieres on BBC America on March 30.
