"Moonrise Kingdom" writer-director Wes Anderson has always preferred working with large ensembles casts full of familiar faces, but his next film may feature the biggest cast yet.  

Jude Law, Jeff Goldblum and Mathieu Amalric are joining the huge cast of Anderson's upcoming "Grand Budapest Hotel," the director revealed to The Hollywood Reporter.

Ralph Fiennes and Saoirse Ronan are being billed as the leads in the film, which will also include Bill Murray, Edward Norton, Adrien Brody, Willem Dafoe, Harvey Keitel, Tilda Swinton, and Jason Schwartzman, most of whom have appeared in Anderson's previous films. Owen Wilson, another Anderson regular, might also have a small role.

Although plot details are still being kept under wraps, "Budapest" takes place in the 1940s at the titular hotel, where Fiennes acts as a concierge. The hotel setting will allow the numerous stars (and perhaps more) to pop up in small roles as guests. The film will be Anderson's first solo screenplay. 

Goldblum appeared in Anderson's "The Life Aquatic." Law is currently starring alongside Keira Knightley in "Anna Karenina," and will soon be seen in Steven Soderbergh's "Side Effects." Amalric previously appeared in "The Diving Bell and the Butterfly" and the James Bond film "Quantum of Solace."
