The whole point of the Bruce Willis character is that he's the guy they based the giant action figures of the '60s and '70s on, the GI Joe with the realistic beard stubble and the famous kung-fu grip. One can only assume that they're planning to take full advantage of that at some strategic moment in the film, which leads to the real question: will fanboys be embarrassed when their dads stand up to cheer the reference?
