Boy, this will be fun.  The Star Wars franchise has always had a huge presence at San Diego Comic-Con. In fact, Comic-Con has helped keep the fire burning over the decades with the hard core fans who have been dying for a new series or movie. This summer, however, Disney is holding its bi-annual D23 convention.  This is where Disney stages its big reveal on a ton of new projects for their own hardcore fans.  Two summers ago,  Disney skipped Comic-Con all together to debut new footage from Marvel's "The Avengers" at D23.  Considering how Comic-Con had been a major publicity tool for Marvel Studios before Disney acquired them, this was eyebrow raising.  Will Comic-Con lose to D23 again over big "Star Wars" news?  Or, will Disney and Abrams figure out a way to make both conventions happy?  (Dear Disney - hint, hint - go with the later).
