U.S. box office: $402.1 million
Why it's bad: Where do we begin? The first sequel to "Transformers" was so bad that months after its release director Michael Bay and star Shia Labeouf were both publicly admitting it was a mess that didn't make any sense (paraphrasing, but close enough). Because when your movie is about alien robots that transform into cars it's hard to create a screenplay with enough plot holes and moments to make an audience ponder, "Huh, that doesn't make any sense."  Somehow, the three "credited" screenwriters on "Revenge of the Fallen" did just that. Luckily for Paramount and DreamWorks, the masses were so dazzled by the robot battles they forgot what it was about in the first place.
