Pros: With her powerful "Canary cry" Dinah Lance differentiates herself from many of her less-powered peers.  Her comic-book costume certainly would make her a sexy addition to the team (sorry, truth) and, assuming Wonder Woman is in the mix, it would be great of the JL had more female members than The Avengers (let alone two with superpowers).

Cons: Let's be frank, besides her sonic scream Canary is really just a good hand-to-hand combatant which means she's really close to just filling the sexy Black Widow role. Moreover, even though she's not even associated with Green Arrow in DC's recent reboot, their up and down relationship helped make both characters popular (and that lack of romance sort of makes Arrow a bore in the new reboot).  Would it be odd to have her in the League without him?
