Pros: A longtime member of the League, the African-born Vixen has the power to duplicate the abilities of animals which would be an interesting mix for the big screen. Like Cyborg and Vibe, she'd also help diversify the team and internationalize it.  While she's not as well known as Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman, she won't back down to anyone and could be a fan favorite with the right casting. Vixen has also appeared in numerous episodes of Cartoon Network's Justice League: Unlimited so she's not completely unknown to the general public.

Cons: Is her power cool enough? Is it semi-laughable in an Aquaman vein?  One comic fan might say yes, the other no. Even though she's been a member for years would only a hardcore Justice League screenwriter, studio exec or director realize it?  Might be a filmmaker call.
