Looking for a ripped-from-the-semi-recent-headlines getup this year? Look no further than the Man With No Name himself. While this costume may not become quite as ubiquitous as some of our other entries - not only does it require one to drag around a chair all night, it's also hard to sell it without a little old-age makeup (and who wants to go through  that trouble?) - it's nevertheless timely enough that quite a few partygoers will no doubt make an attempt at evoking the filmmaker's now-infamous RNC gag.
