Every season "Dancing with the Stars" trots out the latest collection of ringers (Nicole Scherzinger, possibly Ralph Macchio), nobodies (Psycho Mike who?), pro athletes (Apolo Ohno, Sugar Ray Leonard) and faded big names (Kirstie Alley, Jennifer Grey). But who can blame us for wishing that the ABC series could actually pull in some skilled (or at least consistently entertaining) A-list talent just one season?  Here's our wish list of the celebrities we'd like to see put some honest-to-God star power into "DWTS" (leaving aside availability and affiliations with other networks). And if some of these stars aren't quite ready for "Dancing" come Season 13, give 'em time. Just trying to help, ABC.
