Stars like Will Ferrell, Matt Damon, Oprah Winfrey and Kermit the Frog all stopped by
Played: Paul L'Astname, starting in season 4's "Argus"
Forte had actually appeared back in season 1's "Black Tie," but he had to play second fiddle to the work of Paul Reubens (keep clicking through for that one), and it's clear Tina Fey felt she hadn't gotten the maximum value out of her old "SNL" castmate. So Forte returned in a new role, as a Jenna Maroney impersonator who wound up becoming Jenna's boyfriend, and later husband. Forte stood out on "SNL" with his willingness to embrace the weirdest roles and ideas, and he did it again here with Paul, who was one half of one of the kinkiest relationships ever depicted on television. He appeared dressed as Jane Krakwoski, as Natalie Portman in "Black Swan," as Cher, as a stone angel and sang "Zou Bisou Bisou" while dressed as an angel and descending from a live wire in the second live episode. You name the outlandish costume, and he wore it.
