These two rarely do anything apart anymore. So what better way to get one to host “SNL” then to offer it to both of them? DiCaprio lit up Studio 8H during his cameo during Jonah Hill’s recent monologue, and while that move seemed like Oscar strategy more than heart-felt friendship, there’s no doubt he could hold his own. As for Scorsese? Sure, he could direct the hell out of a Digital Short, but has enough energy to light up a live sketch as well.
