Don Draper & Roger Sterling ride again
The new season of "Mad Men" debuts on AMC on Sunday, March 25 at 9 p.m., and creator Matthew Weiner is once again asking the media to keep a tight lid on what's happening in the new season (possibly up to and including how much time has passed since the end of the last one). Fortunately, the new batch of publicity photos that AMC released about the new season don't seem to give anything away. Even if you see characters like Bert Cooper or Joan Harris at the office when they wouldn't seem to have cause to be there doesn't mean they should be taken literally. These are all gallery photos, which are more about being pretty -- which is easy when you have a cast featuring Jon Hamm, Christina Hendricks and company -- than about revealing plot points.
So if you've missed your friends from Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce, here's how they're looking at the moment, and we'll see you on the 25th to talk about it.

sepinwall Weiner's not going to leave an obvious clue in like that. Much too crafty/paranoid.

amg Funny; I had the opposite reaction--relieved that she still looks like a little girl; as an 11-12 year old, particularly circa the 1960's, should! She can be a teenager next season; for now I think there is plenty more of her childhood to keep exploring.

March 9, 2012 at 4:36PM EST Reply to CommentWhat I found more telling than anyone (Cooper, Joan) being included in the pictures was the complete lack of Meghan...
amg Oh, I can't tell you how happy I'd be if we never see her again...
March 9, 2012 at 5:41PM ESTarrabin56 Have to disagree AMG. I'm a fan of Jessica Pare, but more than that I liked the different dynamics she brought- Don/Roger, Joan/Penny, etc. Plus we've seen single Don before, I'm more interested in seeing newlywed Don than going back and seeing the same thing again.
March 9, 2012 at 5:49PM ESTamg I actually agree that single Don again wouldn't be as interesting as it was the first time around. I just found the "relationship" with Meghan completely unreal and ridiculous; I was solidly Team Faye. I think the most interesting thing would be Don in a relationship with someone who actually challenges him. But we'll see...
