Cam'ron, "Crime Pays" (Diplomat/Asylum)
The rapper -- who is often best known for his feuds with other rappers such as Jay Z and Juelz Santana -- returns after a three-year absence. He's making up for lost time with 22 tracks, including such seemingly conflicting titles as "Cookies ‘n Apple," and "Bottom of the P****."
