"Hannibal" (NBC, spring TBD)
Stop us when you're fully psyched. It's a prequel to Thomas Harris' "Red Dragon," focusing on the early relationship between FBI profiler Will Graham and Hannibal Lecter. It features Hugh Dancy as Graham and Mads Mikkelsen as The Cannibal. The pilot was written by Bryan Fuller ("Pushing Daisies") and directed by David Slade ("Awake"). Caroline Dhavernas co-stars, reuniting with the "Wonderfalls" creator. Confirmed guest stars include Gillian Anderson, Eddie Izzard and more. Now if only NBC would actually give the darned thing a premiere date. Or release some pictures. Or a trailer. Or anything.
