"Legit" (FX, January 17)
Australian comedian Jim Jefferies stars in a new series that plays like a cross between "Louie" and "The Sessions." Jefferies more or less plays himself, while DJ Qualls is his wheelchair-bound friend and Dan Bakkedahl is Qualls' slightly more sensible brother. The pilot's very promising, and FX has been on such a roll with live-action comedy that anything new they try is worth an extensive sample.
