"The Finder" (FOX, January 12)
After premiering last spring built into an episode of "Bones," "The Finder" went back to the shop for a little tinkering. Geoff Stults remains as Walter Sherman, an ultra-quirky Iraq War vet with a unique gift for finding things, no matter the method. He's joined ginormous attorney Leo Knox (Michael Clark Duncan). If you really liked Saffron Burrows in the backdoor pilot, you're out of luck, but there are new female characters played by Maddie Hasson and Mercedes Masohn. "The Finder," created by Hart Hanson, will keep the Thursday 9 p.m. slot warm for the early spring until "Bones" is ready to return.
