'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'
Time: 1:45-3:00 on Friday
Location: Ballroom 20
Expected Talent: Only Joss Whedon has been announced, but you can assume the whole cast will be there.
No. 1 question we want to ask: Will you be saving Samuel L. Jackson's first appearance for November sweeps?
Why: Do you really need to ask? It's Joss Whedon! It's live-action Marvel on network TV! And it's a mystery. ABC has held back the "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." pilot from critics and the only rational explanation is that they're hoping to make a big splash at Comic-Con and with a panel scheduled for 1:15, it's hard to imagine this not being the place for that splash. Heck, even 15 or 20 minutes of the pilot would be more than anybody has seen thus far. That uncertainty, plus all of our unresolved questions about where this cumbersomely titled drama fits with the cinematic Marvel Universe makes this a panel we're looking forward to attending, even if it means missing both "The Walking Dead" and "Game of Thrones" in Hall H. This wasn't such great planning, was it?
