The Kingdom (Riget)
We can't emphasize this enough: When building a hospital, choose a location that isn't cursed. Sounds simple, but Lars von Trier's Danish miniseries and its sequel followed the severely disturbing goings-on in a Copenhagen hospital with a freaky occult connections. There were dead girls haunting the elevators, dishwashers with Down syndrome in the basement, ghost ambulances and rogue organs. The American version, developed with Stephen King, wasn't bad, but it wasn't quite the same.
