When the scene depicted in this photo is among the more sedate moments to ever happen at Sacred Heart, you know you're dealing with a bizarre hospital. After all, so much of "Scrubs" was seen through the eyes of daydreaming doc John Dorian (Zach Braff), and the rest of the place came to match his mindset after a while.
