Seth Rogen, flashing that trademark smile at the '50/50' press conference
Seth Rogen stars as Joseph Gordon-Levitt's best friend in the film, and also produced it with his creative partner Evan Goldberg. James McAvoy was originally set to play the lead role before departing the project for personal reasons.

Rogen also stars in Sarah Polley's sophomore directorial effort "Take This Waltz", which is his second film screening at this year's festival.
