Alright, Alright, Alright
Matthew McConaughey first repeated the word "alright" three times in his breakthrough role as David Wooderson in Richard Linklater's "Dazed and Confused." The mantra returned to euphoric effect during McConaughey's spectacular 2013-2014 awards run for "Dallas Buyers Club." Many people think it began with his Golden Globe Acceptance speech, but it actually started when he called in to accept the best actor award at the 2013 Gotham Awards. Three major acceptance speeches later (including Oscar) and he's got an opening for life.
