'Happy Fun Ball' (1991)
There are the classic "SNL" catchphrases that became part of the audience's lexicon through repetition: "Jane, you ignorant slut!" or "Well, isn't that special?" or "This place has everything!" Then there is "Do not taunt Happy Fun Ball," which was recited once, at the tail end of a commercial parody for the eponymous ball that was mostly made up of Phil Hartmans narrator listing the many, many warnings about this happy, fun and very dangerous product. But it's such a perfect coda to the sketch, and such a marvelous collection of words in the proper order, that it's as beloved and oft-quoted by "SNL" viewers of a certain age as anything put in the mouths of the most popular recurring characters.
