The much maligned reboot looks better than you'd think
Something wicket this way comes...

Who is maligning this in a way that justifies using the the word much? Or is this another pre-emptive internet movie-bitching meme that I missed?
drew I think there's been a lot of bad buzz on the film here in town, JoeK, and that may be what Greg's referring to. The film's also gone through some pretty substantial reshoots along the way. Harder conditions have obviously produced good films and bad alike, and I'd really like to like this movie, knowing what a dream it was for Benecio and Rick Baker.

I've read about the re-shoots and understand the film has been delayed but outside of Hollywood insiders I just wasn't aware of some kind of negative wave forming in the zeitgeist.
I'll also admit to being twitchy on this kind of thing lately. These internet movie hate fests are really wearing me down. Feel like I've been swimming against a tide for about 10 years now.
