One thing we didn't learn: The fate of 'Hannibal'
USA could rescue "Happy Endings" and "Body of Proof" might also find a cable home, but we know that ABC axed both shows. We suppose that "The Cleveland Show" could presumably be resurrected, but as of now it has no place in FOX's future. Basically after two weeks of renewals, pickups and cancellations The Bubble has effectively dwindled down to one currently airing show that doesn't know its future: NBC's "Hannibal." The Bryan Fuller serial killer drama has critical raves, a passional cult fanbase, reasonably good DVR numbers, a juicy international financing deal and the sort of ratings that are far closer to "Do No Harm" than anybody wants to acknowledge. NBC and Fuller made the smart move to say pre-upfronts that a decision on "Hannibal" would have to wait and viewers can cross their fingers that next Thursday's episode, without competition from "Scandal" or "Elementary," will get a big uptick. Til then (or perhaps even later), we'll all just have wait. But we wanna know NOW!!!
