'Golden Boy' (CBS)
Best remembered for: A premise (in the future, the youngest commissioner in NYPD history reflects on his days as a rookie detective in 2013) that lent itself to the kind of mythologically-driven storytelling that CBS cop shows tend to avoid. Also for star Theo James' adopted New York accent turning him into a young Peter Gallagher.
Appropriate funeral song: Any song by Futurecop! (perhaps "Superheroes")
In lieu of flowers: Take every shortcut possible as you climb the ladder at your place of employment.
