Liam Cunningham is one of the new faces in season two of HBO's "Game of Thrones." The actor, recently seen on the big screen in "The Guard" and soon in "Safe House," will play Ser Davos Seaworth, a bannerman of Stannis.

LIli The people behind GOT's casting process are nothing but awesome! I was very skeptical when they chose this actress to play Brienne but her characterization is perfect!!!! They absolutely nailed it.

Liam Cunningham, Gwendoline Christie and Carice van Houten all look perfect as Davos, Brienne and Melisandre, respectively. Three of the saga's most important characters.
Look at Carice. I'm already scared of her!!! Can't wait to see her shadows in action LOL!

February 10, 2012 at 5:41AM EST Reply to CommentI've only watched GOT the once, so far (and I'm trying to get caught up with watching all the Oscar-nomninated films right now, so re-watching GOT is on the back-burner) .. but a few days after my daughter & I finished watching season 1 I thought about finding a GOT-therapy group for the withdrawal symptoms I was experiencing! The symptoms have just started to wane....and now I stumble on this! damn! life is not fair!
