Nomination Status: May stand a better chance next season when voters take off their Kristen Wiig blinders.

In His Favor: By rights, once Emmy voters decided it was OK to nominate "Saturday Night Live" players in the supporting categories, Hader should have had two or three nominations by now for his combination of note-perfect impressions and wildly popular recurring characters. Next time NBC has the Emmys, I would suggest Stefon to host the and present all of the awards. Plus, Hader outside profile just keeps expanding each year with roles in movies like "Men in Black III."

Working Against Him: "Saturday Night Live" had been The Kristen Wiig Show for a while and in the aftermath of "Bridesmaids," that was even more the case for this, her final season. With that onslaught of Wiig-ery, it's doubtful that this will be the year Hader gets his due.
