Nomination Status: What would possibly make one think "Modern Family" isn't unbeatable here?

In Its Favor: Two years, two Emmy wins in this category. Three years, three Golden Globe nominations and a win this year in the TV Series - Musical, Comedy category. Three years, three nominations and two wins in the SAG Awards comedy ensemble category. Throw in various wins from folks like the Producers Guild, the Writers Guild, the Directors Guild and the TCA and you've got a force of nature happening here.

Working Against It: I may not think "Modern Family" was as good this season. Sepinwall may not think "Modern Family" was as good this season. You may not think "Modern Family" was as good this season. Guess what? There's really nothing working against "Modern Family" for a nomination.
